Returns/Exchange During COVID-19 PANDEMIC: We are accepting returns/exchange but it is taking a little longer than normal time to process (it may take upto 3 weeks to process) and we are taking extra measures to ensure the safy of our customers and staff.

We have a priority aim to enhance the experience of our valuable customers. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind. You can return your un-stitched and semi-stitched goods within 14 days of receipt of your shipment., you may return it for an exchange or refund using the process below
Majority of our products are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage whilst having a 1%-5% variation possibility. By placing an order on our website, you accept the possibility of variation in comparison to the images provided on this website.
Any Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/ incomplete or defective/ damaged within 14 days after delivery.
Begum Saab reserves the right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous returns policy or a product received with missing tags and other components. When returning your item(s), you must ensure the item(s) is/are unused and in the same condition that you received it/them with all tags attached, original packaging and any promotional gift(s) associated with the item(s).
We do not provide a "FREE RETURN" service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product you will need to contact us before proceeding with the return.
In case of a return where by returning goods you order total after deducting the value of the returned goods is less than £50.00 your free delivery offer shall be negated and £6.99 will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange you will need to return your items to us within the 14 days. Prior to sending out your exchange items a delivery charge of £6.99 will be applicable, this can be taken over the phone or via bank transfer.
Cancelling PRE ORDER items - Pre booking orders are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
Note: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
RETURNS OUTSIDE RETURN PERIOD
Any return requests after the period of 14 days from receipt, will be refused. If such goods are still sent back to us, we won’t be able to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge or may not be returned.
We always recommend that you use a tracked delivery option when sending parcels back to Begum Saab.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
All customers must fill out an online returns form by clicking here.
You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.

To cancel your order please email our customer support team at email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We usually dispatch non pre-order products within 12 hours so it may not be possible to fulfill your request for cancellation. Please note cancellation requests can only be approved by the support team and cancel code will be issue to customer.
NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN
Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know. If you do not receive an confirmation from us within 14 days, please contact Customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you.
